We have a short conversation — by message, email, or call. You tell me where you'd like to go (or roughly where), when, who's coming, and what you're hoping for. The intake form covers most of it.
02 THE SEARCH
I get to work. Properties are checked against availability, vetted for quality, and assessed against your specific brief. No filler, no lazy listings — only places I'd genuinely recommend.
03 THE SHORTLIST
You receive a beautifully presented shortlist with everything you need to choose: photos, costs, dates, pros, watch-outs, and my honest take on which is the strongest fit.
04 THE BOOKING
You book directly with the host (keeping all the protections of the platform). I can guide you through it or, on the Full Concierge tier, handle it for you.
05 THE HOLIDAY
You go. With Full Concierge, I'm contactable while you're away if anything wobbles. Otherwise, my job is done — and that's exactly the point.
